How can I set my Android Device Manager ring volume?

android device manager ring volume

when i use android device manager to ring my phone, the phone does not ring at full volume. instead, it rings at whatever i've set the "notifications" volume to, which i normally have muted.

how do i fix this? i have a rooted samsung s6 edge.

I don't think there is a way around this, badly thought out though it may be.
I would guess the primary purpose is to alert someone who found your phone, and it would be over data, not using your call network, at a guess.
I haven't tried this myself, and I am currently down to one Android device, but I will try it from my pc later.
