How can I stop my S3 from over heating?

s3 over heating

when i use my my s3 in 15 mint it tem reach to 60 and it is heated from bottom.
and some time its screen flickr and it turn of.

Welcome to Android Central.

Have you checked the condition of the battery? If you can spin it on a flat surface, it's failing. In that swollen condition, don't put it back into the phone. But even if not swollen, it may be failing.
