How can I stop my S3 from randomly shutting down?

help please

:'( my gs3 has been acting up for the past few days it randomly shuts down n it willl hardly come back on or even past the samsung logo..... ive changed the battery,facotory reset it, scraped film off of the gold pallets, and nothing seems to work it just wont stay on and when it does i go n hit the power button n it doesnt turn off or it will just shut all the way down i need step to step help
idk if its the battery or the power button xc :'(

Welcome to Android Central! When you say you changed the battery, do you mean you tried a brand new battery?

If you have a microSD card inserted, remove it, since a corrupt card can cause issues.

Could be the ram as on older os it will get to 100% and in an attempt to fix this the phone restarts could be the problem
