How can I stop the pink discoloration from spreading on the screen of my Samsung galaxy j5 2017?

I dropped it early this morning, after I picked it up everything was fine then I noticed later this evening that a pink discoloration is appearing at the left side of the screen and it seems to be spreading, what do I do?

Welcome to Android Central! I agree with belodion. There's generally nothing you can do about it. The crucial thing right now is to make sure all of your important data is backed up or synced somewhere before the screen completely fails.
