how can I stop Web games shortcuts which are created automatically in my home screen

When I delete the shortcuts on my homescreen it deleted but wen I again enable data connection it again happens

Welcome to Android Central! You probably installed some adware inadvertently, alongside some other app (probably a game). Uninstall apps one by one until that behavior goes away.

even i have factory reset my device but still the shortcuts are appearing

Welcome to Android Central! After the factory reset and the Setup Wizard, did you go directly to the Play Store to stop any app that might be installing automatically? Try to do that, in case it's automatically reinstalling the culprit app.

If you've confirmed that no other app has automatically reinstalled, then you probably have malware that has installed itself to the system root. This can be very difficult to get rid of. One solution is to reinstall the firmware, but this is easier on some devices (e.g., Nexus or Samsung) than others.

Solution:
If you are facing with web games short cut, here is answer for you.
Android:
Go to Settings > Application Manager > Click on running process 'All' > Force Stop & Disable "com.androidhelper.sdk".
