How can I tell if someone mutes me

I have an Lg andriod and i can tell when im getting put on hold but i cant tell when someone is muting me...Cam somebody help me?

You won't know unless they tell you.

Muting means that you don't hear them - so if the background noise suddenly stops, you've been muted. (They can't mute you so they don't hear you.) As long as you can hear the background, you're not muted. (Of course they can still take the phone away from their head and whisper in someone's ear, and you'll never know.)
