How can i transfer data from my broken screen and usb port nexus 7 (2013)????

A while ago, I broke my nexus 7 USB port so I had to use a wireless charger for it everything was ok. Then today my phone screen broke, I can only control half of it and I can't unlock it. But I can see what is happening on the screen. We don't have any replacement parts in my country or in any of the near countries. So any ideas of how I can transfer data from it to my computer?

Can you not flip the tablet around to where you can unlock it and get to your Google Play Store?
