How can I turn my screen grey?

I would like to turn my screen to black and white (or grey) so I'm not looking at it so often. I have a Wiko Highway 4G and all the tips I've seen don't work for me ( not possible with the developers built...)...Please help me if you know a way.

Unfortunately I do not have grey scale industries accessibility...
