How can I turn off the overlay screen?

Whenever I log into any message or even try to install any app it tells me screen overlayshot detected. You have to turn off the overlay. To do this you have to go to settings >app. Actually,I tried to do this but he gave a page to select apps to have its preference in appearance and even more I don't know which app causes this overlay.
Please help me , I can't go on living with this problem any more
