How can I turn on service accessibility for the noled app on the S6 Edge?

how can i turn on service accessibility for the noled app on the s6 edge

I can access the app but it won;t function until the services are turned on. my old sII had the option to turn on this service but the edge doesn't even have the app in the services of the accessibility settings
