how can i unblock my samsung5 with a renta center block?

got a phone on ebay all was good..untill renta center block came up on screen..how can i remove that block? called renta center they cant hlep. what unblock soft wear came i use to unblock this? help

If you can't get satisfaction/refund from the seller, file a complaint with eBay. You WILL get your money back. They are very protective and supportive of buyers.

The phone isn't blocked, its IMEI number (which you can't change) is blocked by all carriers because it was stolen (or "rented" then sold). Only paying RAC for the phone might convince them to remove the block. (They're the registered owner and only they can go to the carrier and have it removed.)

Do what can3gxw said and remember, if it sounds too cheap to be true, it is.
