Assuming that you are in the usa, Contact your carrier. They will provide an unlock code free once fulfill your contractual obligation

Since it is a Tmobile Note 4 then it is only authorized for sale in the United States. So just ask whoever you got it from to request the unlock code from tmobile.

But im not in the US anymore so I cant do that im just asking for a trustworthy site that i can pay for the code, becouse i know that there are alot of scams
