Unroot Galaxy Tab S 8.4 SM-T700 to stock rom

I got my hands on a Galaxy Tab S 8.4 WiFi, rooted with Android 5.1.1. I am trying to reverse it back to stock rom. Read an article saying that it's important not to downgrade firmware, i.e. Android 5.0 based rooted ROM should only be reverted back to the same Android version stock firmware. I see the latest firmware version is Android 5.0.2. Is it safe for me to still reverse it?

I've downloaded from 6.x back to 5.0.2 with no issues. Trying to find the ROM to download is another story. Good luck.
