How can i unshrink my keyboard on a lg stylo 6?

My keyboard on a lg stylo 6 has shrunk

If you mean it shrunk to one side like in this screenshot, that's one handed mode. Tap the 3 dot menu button on the upper right (not the gear/settings icon) and you should see Ann option to switch back to standard mode.
