How can I update without using usb cable to pc connection

My nexus wont update from 4.4.4 to lollipop. I get the update but when in stall it crashes on the way. Now my usbport is faulty what means windows does not recognize the nexus 7 anymore..so i cant use this connection with p anymore. So how else can i update my nexus 7 to lollipop without using OTA and usb connection?

have you tried wipeing the cache partition?

If the phone has ever been rooted, or it's using a custom ROM, it won't update, You'll have to flash the stock ROM back.
