how can I use in S Health and skip sign in?

I just got a Samsung S5, when setting it up at first I could use health app without having to sign into an account. Now it does not give me the skip option? Right now I am using it without a sim card just for internet and such. I do have a Samsung account but because I am not connected to cell service only internet it does not let me sign in?

You need to connect to Internet and you must sign in to let it work
