How can you remove Emergency Dialer or prevent *#06# from displaying your IMEI number?

Once anyone inputs *#06# on your phone dialer including your emergency dailer they get your IMEI number with that they can install spy software and tracking ware I want to be able to remove all dialing options when my phone is locked. I can not currently get rid of the access to the emergency dialer on my Samsung S6. does anyone know how to remove or block it?

Welcome to AC.

When I tried that using the Phone app, it gave the IMEI in the normal way. When I tried it using the emergency dialpad, it did not give the IMEI.
