how come i cannot play pokemon go on huawei p20 pro

i got this huawei p20 pro 2 days ago..install pokemon go. it will only work when i on wifi but will get kick out when wifi is off. what is the problem? please help

Use the Hicare apps on your phone and and send on this question. Huawei replied next day and fix my same problem.

I just sent my p20 pro to the service center. The fix advise from Hicare worked for about 20 mins and I am kicked out of Pokemon go when I am on mobile data. Hope they find out and fix this problem.

I finally resolved this!!! OMG. After days of asking Pokemon helpdesk and Huawei helpdesk, no one could help.
Its not Huawei, its not Pokemon's problem. Its the Mobile Internet Filter! For Singtel users, login to Singtel My Portal. Under Profile Management, uncheck Content Filter. Pokemon works after that.
