How could i stop showing the message about "unfortunately Launcher has stopped ".

When my phone,Micromax A120, is turned on display,suddenly it shows "unfortunately Launcher has stopped".For this reason,I can not do anything.It is very annoying matter.Even I switch off my phone,then it again works same. I have already done factory reset but it does not remove from my phone display.

I would call to customer support. Launcher is a basic app and it doesn't depend to many others apps.
Did you do software update recently?
