How did this get on my lockscreen?

okay ive read through all the replies and nothing is working for me. i dont have a general settings in my touchpal and i dont have a lucky lock or whatever. what do i do?

This was hidden in water reminder app I downloaded and I've since uninstalled it. I found it completely annoying especially when it would camouflage into my homescreen

I did a malware scan a few times and it didn't pick anything like I hoped so it would automatically remove it. It was just maddening
