how do i activate my facebook account with my new phone number and new email address

my new Galaxy Note 4 has a new phone number and new email address and it will not let me get into my old facebook account that has all of my photos excetera. I do not want to create a new account I want my old account and I am NOT on the user list.I also can not use my old phone number or email due to me not having access to them anymore

Welcome to the forums! The only way you can do that is change the email and phone number of your account. You will need to log into your account. Do you have some 2 step authorization set up on Facebook?
