Hello Esteven, welcome to the forums!

You can add different languages in your keyboard settings and they will apply for the prediction and auto correction features. In most keyboards you can switch between them using the space bar or a language icon besides it. Others, like SwiftKey, will let you use different languages without the need to switch.

As far as I know the spell checker language can only be changed through settings - language & input and not from the keyboard. It's a bit of a pain, I know.
