How do I add multiple numbers from one contact into a group

I have a Samsung J3 Android phone and I want to create a group comprising multiple numbers for the same contact. i.e the contact has a separate number for the wife and for the husband under the same joint contact name

Only one number will dial for each contact added. You need to give the wife her own contact and connect her.
