How do I add words to my Samsung keyboard?

Just type the word in and at the top of the keyboard where it suggests other words, just hit the check sign.That's it. There is no visual feedback, but by hitting that check you are telling the app that the word highlighted is spelled correctly. Next time you start to input that word it will show up as a suggestion. Cool?

I gave up and added a free app called "perfect keyboard" I'm using it on my Samsung 3. It's an awesome app.
