How do I adjust snooze settings on Alarm for Galaxy S6, and access Recent Apps function?

I use the Alarms setting for various alarms. On the S3 you can change the frequency of the Snoozes and the time gaps. On S6 the whole alarm screen feels very limited and clunky. I am now using S3 for Alarms and some apps and S6 just as a phone!! I am really struggling with this new phone. I have been such a fan of Samsung, and I really dislike the iPhone operating system. For Samsung to start ditching it's favourites and aping iPhone is really depressing - please don't even consider ditching the Back key! Bring back the Menu key - I cant find the dots command on so many screens - so confusing - which I hadn't upgraded :-(
