The images on the Amazon page show a microSD slot on the top edge right next to the microUSB port. Do you see that? https://www.amazon.com/Q-Link-Wirel...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU7080179 Or are you having problems making the device recognize the card?
