In your texting app, is there a setting to assign different times to different contacts? You'd have to see if it can be done from there. Unfortunately I don't think many texting apps have that feature.

Edit to add - you can do it in Textra, though I think. Long press the contact in Textra, tap the three dot menu button on the top right, tap override default settings, then tap notification sound and choose a new sound from the list.
