How to back up and restore a galaxy s3 to a computer
So my galaxy s3 seems to have a virus and my research had led me to having to restore my phone back to factory settings, no joke this scares me. I have a ton of photos and videos and a lot of contacts and all my music that I don't want to loose and really cant seeing my phone is a big important thing to have in my job and preferably would like to back up my apps. Ive looked into kies and its reviews scare me and I don't want to use that because I don't want to loose anything the last time I did a factory reset with my old s3 I lost everything and i don't want that to happen again please help.
