How do I back up content on my S5?

How to back up content on S5

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a lot of content on my s5 in my memo and alarms, lists etc. I really need these backing up! I asked in the Samsung store and searched online and still haven't managed to do it! Samsung guy said to download an app, which I couldn't find, then I also tried backing it up on family, to no avail! Can anyone please tell me a simple way to do it?
