How To Bypass PIN lock? See Description Please

Hello Friends,
Anyone can help me??

Problem: My brother's phone is locked with fingerprint and pin lock
but my brother is no more in this world....
so I want to unlock his device without data loss

The main problem is :
1. Device is not rooted
2. USB debugging is off in device

Model:- Lenovo p1

I'm sorry for your loss. Unfortunately the only way to access a device without the lockscreen credentials is to use the remote unlock feature of the Google Account it's been linked to (from the Play Store, in the Android Device Manager) or if the manufacturer has a similar feature with their own account (Samsung, for instance, has something similar with their My Mobile page with a Samsung account). For this to work, however, you still need the right credentials to access the account and that will only work if Remote Controls haven't been disabled in the device (they're enabled by default, but the user may disable them manually).

You might be able to get access to the Google account if requested from Google but that would require some legal work (one that might not lead to access unless somewhat stated in a will or something, but not sure since I'm not versed in legal matters).

Would you be able to take your brother's phone to his carrier's store, along with an certified copy of his death certificate, and have them unlock the phone?
