How do I change device settings to download software updates using mobile data instead of Wi-fi??

I have a galaxy s5. There is a software update available but it says it will be done through Wi-fi only. I want to use my mobile data to download the update.

I's nice that you want to do it with your mobile data but, as the notice said, it will be done by wifi only, so you have to do it by wifi. The carrier or manufacturer determines that, you don't.

Sometimes, it is to prevent you from exceeding your data limit on your mobile plan. It's better if you do it with a WiFi connection anyways.

Some do not and will never have access to WIFI. This is the truth. WIFI is not ubiquitous in every region. So, if we are to be governed so tightly by our OEM's after paying for a unlocked device, I feel like there is really no freedom in making our own choices anymore, how we use our phones, rooting, and now even how we Download our updates?! Rediculous!
