How do I change my default camera app?

I was hoping to change my default camera app to Camera FV-5 but I can't figure out how to do that so that when I twist my phone it launches that instead of the moto camera app. I've disabled the stock camera but in the settings there is no way to tap the launch by default settings on the Camera FV-5. I also can't click on the "Clear default" tab for the stock camera. Any ideas?

If the Turbo 2 is like the Turbo, Moto X, and Droid Maxx, Motorola did not expose the twist gesture for other apps, so you can't do it with the stock phone. It may be possible with the app Tasker, though.

Use Moto Voice to open the camera app you want to use rather than use the twist gesture. "Whatever your Moto Voice phrase is, open Camera FV-5".

You can also change the camera lock screen shortcut. If you hit the power button and swipe left, it activates the camera. The first time you do it, it allows you to pick your default. I chose the Google camera, so when I want the regular camera, I double twist, and when I want the Google camera, I hit the power button and swipe left to open it quickly. I like this set up personally.
