How do i change my voicemail greeting on note5

That's a carrier thing. If you can't figure it out from calling your voicemail and listening to your prompts (it may be in something like "X for more functions" - where X is a digit), call your carrier (usually 611) and ask for help with your voicemail. They'll tell you how to do it.
