How do I completely uninstall corrupt App - LG3 Tablet

I uninstalled an app through App Manager, uninstall left file renants behind. I can't uninstall on apps page. How do i get rid if the app now. It's causing problems downloading .pdf files because it was the default before I installed adobe.

Welcome to Android Central! Which app was it? Are you saying you tapped Uninstall in the Settings>Apps menu, but it still shows up in the App Drawer? What file remnants are you seeing?

Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu, then Reset All App Preferences. That should let you choose which app to open PDF files next time.

Also, is this the LG G3 phone you're using, or the G Pad tablet? There is no G3 tablet.
