how do i connect a samsung tablet without mhl to a monitor

got a usb c 3.1 to hdmi adapter but the samsung tablets do not have MHL

Regardless of the model, it should still be able to use Chromecast, if the monitor has an HDMI input.

Are they trying use Chromecast or mirror the tablet ?
