How to connect a Android to a Stereo that is iPod ready.

I just bought a new car, and it has a input to to get a cable to control and charge an ipod that has a lighting entrance (ipod 4/4s)

I want to plugin my Lg G3, and to be able to control my music and also charge it.
Is it possible?

Thanx

Additional Info. the car is a Nissan Juke 2012
And this is the cable needed to connect...

Welcome to Android Central! Nope, sorry! iPod interfaces are completely incompatible with Android devices.

There are adapter cables that will let you charge the phone from the Apple connector (you can get them for as little as $5), but you'll need a 3.5mm Aux input to get the audio to the radio (or you can use Bluetooth if the radio has Bluetooth that does multimedia). Then it's just a cab;e to plug into the earphone jack on the phone on one end and the Aux jack on the radio on the other.

Yes, that will get the sound to the stereo. But you won't have any of the integrated iPod functions--you'll have to control the music from the iPod itself.
