How do I connect my Note 3 to Kies aside from USB?

I have a faulty USB drive on my computer. I've read that there is a feature such as connect Kies via Wifi but cannot find it.
if it does not support it do I have another option? I am transferring a big file

files like movies? i found an app, Wifi Transfer. works well but it takes too long to transfer. anyhoo. I'm ok with this but if there are other faster options...
