How do I copy additional data from old pixel to new?

I copied all of the data a few days ago using the tools that are provided with the new Pixel 7, but I got interrupted and didn't activate the new phone until a few days later. Now there are additional texts, photos and probably other things that are on my old phone but not my new one. Is there a way to easily get those over?

Factory reset the new pixel then use usbc to usb c cable to copy everything over to New phone
