I am looking at a photo in Amazon photos alone on a screen. There is no copy to clipboard choice on any screen or menu. How do I copy this to the clipboard?

I am now in google messages. There is no choice anywhere to open a file as an attachment. No where. Two incredibly simple things made impossible.

I hope these companies know what garbage we have to deal with daily.

Assuming the photo is in your Amazon Photos cloud, you would need to download the photo to your local storage. Once it's in your Downloads directory, it should be available to attach to Google Messages.

If you are in fact talking about your Amazon Photos cloud, then it's actually not incredibly simple. In order to share one of those photos using Google Messages without downloading the photo to your local storage, there would have to be some kind of agreement or interoperability between those two apps (which are owned by two completely different entities, with two completely different terms of service that you agreed to). Given the extremely important emphasis on privacy these days, that kind of interoperability would not be a straightforward thing.

You can share it with Google message app from Amazon photos app
Yes, and this works because you'd be initiating the share from Amazon Photos -- meaning you've logged in with the proper credentials into Amazon Photos, and therefore proven that you own these photos and approve of sharing them using another company's app. It wouldn't work the other way around unless there was some kind of information sharing agreement between Google and Amazon.
