How do I create a default calendar selection for Google Now?

When I ask to create an event, say "schedule event for Sunday at 8pm, doctors appointment" It asks whether to save the event. I say yes. However, afterwards it asks which application to use and provides Calendar, S Calendar or CalenGoo. Is there any way to set a default application to remove this last step from creating an event?

Bump for this question. It's an annoying extra step. Anyone?

This problem adds an unnecessary step to the calendar event entry process and prevents it from being hands free. Any ideas on how to set a default calendar for Google Now?
