how do i create a gmail account in another ones laptop?

i want to create a g.mail account in my mother's laptop.when i open it her account will come automatically. it's set like that .so if i create an account in that, will something happen to her account? can we both sign in with our own accounts ? when i create my account what do i do with the place 'currently using account' ?

Click 1st the icon/photo and you will see your mom's account just sign out and click add account and you will see sign in on the below you will see "create account"
