How Do I Delete Old Devices From My Google Account?

I tried the steps and I got the right screen but it does not have an option to remove / delete a device.
my phone was stolen and i want to make sure that it is not used in any form to access any of my accounts etc.
the new phone i added, has a delete / remove link but not the old 1.
any ideas?

I don't know if anybody ever posted a solution to this post because after reading through the first page I went back to searching the web and found an answer...

Be logged into your account on Google's homepage.
In settings there's a new place to remove Devices under the Sign-In & Security Page.
Recently Used Device's

make sure you sign into google account then go to my account (which is in right corner your picture or name)then on left side it says sign in and security;device activity and notificationsclick to open on right side it says recently used devices;review devices click to review then click on device and should be able to delete it

What do you do when there is no option to remove the old device? I wonder if my using my phone instead if a computer is the reason "remove" isn't there. I don't have access to a computer at the mlment.

I don't think so. I just did a google of "remove android device from google account" and just looking at the first couple of links (they were google forums and groups) it looks like you can't. From what I read, it seems like you can hide them, but, they will always be in your history. Sounds like people aren't too happy about it because when they sell their phones, they are nervous about it still being associated with their account. But, I don't think it really matters.

Also, I checked in my account and couldn't find a way to remove a device.

If you are just concerned with seeing it in the list, I guess hide them. Otherwise, I think you are out of luck. Sorry!! :(

I have sold old devices and apparently the buyer is able to click on gmail and YouTube and go right into my info. Please help!

 A question a bit Off topic, but related: I don't want to Remove
devices, but "Delete all the app icons" retained by Google
since my 1st phone. To be more specific..I've installed
around 75 apps from Play store.

When I install a New-1 and access PlayStore using my PC-Via
phone-USB it shows a link on the left : That display all my
previous installed apps, but most of them
I've uninstalled from phone

But its icons remains on Google-History: Tried to delete
them, but to Not available..How to Do that-Anybody

You still get messages from Google if it doesn't like your browser so they probably haven't eliminated all warnings.
I get warnings all the time since I won't use any of Google's browsers on either the PC or the phone.

If someone can get into your prior phone, that stinks. You can, I think, set up your account on the phone so you have to enter a password to use Play Store and from there, your dashboard.

Having everything linked to your Gmail account sucks. Google should be forced to give up that practice for safety's sake. Supposing whoever buys the phone is a stalker, what then?

Leave your Gmail account alone even if you move to Apple or Windows.

hello friend,
I think i have solution to ur problem.
what u can try is :
1. GO TO www. google.com/accounts
2. CLICK ON SECURITY (give on left hand side)
3. THERE YOU WILL SEE CONNECTED APPLICATIONS AND SITES, THERE CLICK ON MANAGE ACCESS
4. THEN IT WILL ASK YOU TO ENTER YOUR PASSWORD. ENTER IT.
5.& NOW THE PAGE WILL OPEN WHERE U CAN SEE ALL YOU DEVICES AND YOU CAN REVOKE ACCESS AND MANAGE THEM.

HOPE IT WILL BE USEFUL. :)
TRY IT..

Omg thank you it helped me omg your a genius thanks alot

I am wondering the same thing. I upgraded from the LG G6 to the LG V30. Both devices are listed but only my new device, the LG V30 has the option to remove. It is missing for my old device (LG G6) which I already wiped, factory reset and returned to my carrier. It is the same whether I am viewing my Google account from my new phone or from my computer. I would like to get this resolved as Google Play shows certain apps as installed that I did not put on my new device. Any help from anyone would be appreciated.

Still nobody can provide answer to my issue is simple "Provide a workaround"
able to delete all my former - Google Play Store installed apps. I stated
already and any user here,.Can try on: Goto your desktop >>Open

your browser >>IExploiter-Chrome-FFox & open the PlayStore
on the left pane--You'll see "My apps option" it will show

all former apps installed icons. But weird when Tap
on it doesn't offer a way to Delete them..?
why LG v30 offer the option to remove it.,

I'm in the same boat. Have an old Galaxy S7 that I wiped, took the chip and memory card out of...CANNOT get the damn thing off of my Google devices list. I tried the whole "lost this phone/wipe" thing, no such luck. Google needs to do something about this.

Google needs to do something about this.

Just curious - in what way is this negatively impacting you that Google MUST spend time on it?

As long as you go into google.com/accounts then select Device Activity & Security Events, select to review devices and remove account access for the device there should be absolutely no way that device can then access your account unless you re-configure it with your account during setup again.
