How do I disable confirmation pop ups?

I have a new Samsung Galaxy S4 mini and I want to disable confirmation pop ups. For example, "Selected messages will be deleted. Ok?" Or "This contact will be deleted. Ok?". How do I disable that function?

In looking thru the various settings etc i do not recall seeing that option anywhere. But i am new to this so someone else may have found it, or a trick.
