Every time I handle my tribute 5 phone it vibrates, as and if I have Bluetooth enabled it makes beeping sound through the speaker,how do I stop this

Hi, regarding the vibrate question - does this only happen when you have an unread notification on the phone? you should be able to turn it off in the settings. When you have Bluetooth enabled, that's when you hear a beeping sound through the phone? does this happen all the time, or only when connected to a specific device?
