I have a Samsung Galaxy s4 that has been recently showing a transparent/grey colored box pop up briefly with incoming text messages across my screen(s) toward the bottom (locked screen included).
Just to clarify, I'm not trying to disable the icon notification that stays on the top bar or the one with the message icon at the top of the locked screen. Just this annoyingly brief popup that actually shows what the person texted.
I have already gone into 'Settings' for my default stock messenger, and 'Preview Message' is in fact unchecked. I'm just putting that out there since that is the same response I've seen others use at attempting to fix situation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
