How do I download apps that advise are not compable or in my location?

Ive just done a factory reset and now when trying to add some old apps back it is coming up with the above message?

Add them the way you added them the first time (which, BTW, probably breaks a lot of laws where you are and a lot of laws where the apps come from).

Next time back them up first.
