How to download pictures attached to text messages from an S5 to computer

I have a Galaxy S5 with lots of pictures attached to text messages. When I attach my phone to my PC and search for those pictures, I cannot locate them. Only see the camera shots I took in the DCIM subfolders.

Want to download them to my computer to print.

Download the pics from the text to your phone (usually a long press on the pic brings up the option to save to device), then you should be able to see them when connected to your computer.
