How do I enable a disabled USB port in my laptop?

Hello friends,
I am uma datt upadhyay , and i want to block my laptop USB port, because some person and people are every time use my laptop and connect different different pendrive, thats why i want to do this, and i dont know, how to i do.
please help me,

You can disable the USB ports using the Device Manager.
There is also an utility which can do this for you (just search it with Google).
You can also disable them in BIOS. This last option is the best because you can protect BIOS access with a password.
