How do i enable google location service?

I keep getting notifications and it's getting annoying, it says "Google Location Service is currently disabled. Use the 'launch' button below to open the settings dialog, where Google Location Service can be enabled." And below it it has a "launch location settings" button and a "remind me later" button. After I click the launch location settings I can't seem to figure out how I enable it, can someone please help me out?

Do it the easy way - enable the Location icon on the pulldown. (It runs the GPS receiver, but that draws so little power when it's not being asked for the location by an app that it shouldn't matter, so just leave it on.)
