How do I enable system UI Tuner for LG G5? - Verizon - Ver. 7.0 (VS98726B)

I tried holding down the gear symbol from notifications for 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds......no vibrate feedback and no UI tuner option added to settings. Did Verizon or LG not allow this for the G5? ....or do I have a setting or two that is not allowing this to be enabled?

....I do have the developers option enable in settings

Welcome to the forums. I think LG didn't include the System UI tuner. Just in case, go to the Developer Options and make sure that animations are not disabled.
